کیا گائے میں عقیقہ ہو سکتا ہے؟ اگر ہو سکتا ہے تو لڑکے اور لڑکی کے عقیقہ کے کتنے حصے ہوں گے؟
جی ہاں، گائے میں عقیقہ کرنا جائز ہے۔ جس طرح بکرے، بکری، دنبہ وغیرہ سے عقیقہ کیا جا سکتا ہے، اسی طرح گائے یا بیل میں بھی عقیقہ کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
لڑکے کے عقیقہ کے لیے دو حصے اور لڑکی کے عقیقہ کے لیے ایک حصہ رکھنا افضل ہے۔
بہارِ شریعت میں ہے:
"عقیقہ میں گائے ذبح کی جائے تو لڑکے کے لیے دو حصے اور لڑکی کے لیے ایک حصہ کافی ہے، یعنی سات حصوں میں دو حصے یا ایک حصہ۔"
تاہم اگر لڑکے کی طرف سے گائے میں صرف ایک حصہ رکھا جائے تو بھی عقیقہ ادا ہو جائے گا۔
ایک گائے میں زیادہ سے زیادہ سات حصے ہوتے ہیں، لہٰذا اس میں ایک سے زیادہ بچوں کا عقیقہ بھی کیا جا سکتا ہے، بشرطیکہ تمام حصے عقیقہ یا کسی دوسری جائز قربت (نیکی) کی نیت سے ہوں۔
ایک گائے میں:
- دو لڑکوں کی طرف سے دو دو حصے = 4 حصے
- تین لڑکیوں کی طرف سے ایک ایک حصہ = 3 حصے
- کل = 7 حصے
گائے کے تمام حصے قربت اور ثواب کی نیت سے ہونے چاہئیں۔ اگر کوئی شخص صرف گوشت حاصل کرنے کی نیت سے ایک حصہ رکھے اور باقی حصے عقیقہ یا قربانی کی نیت سے ہوں، تو اس صورت میں مسئلہ مختلف ہوگا؛ اس لیے عقیقہ کے لیے گائے میں حصے رکھتے وقت نیت کا خاص خیال رکھنا چاہیے۔
گائے یا بیل میں عقیقہ کرنا جائز ہے۔
لڑکے کے لیے افضل طور پر دو حصے اور لڑکی کے لیے ایک حصہ رکھا جائے۔
ایک گائے میں زیادہ سے زیادہ سات حصے ہوتے ہیں، اور تمام حصے جائز قربت اور ثواب کی نیت سے ہونے چاہئیں۔

Ji haan, gaye mein aqiqah karna jaiz hai. Jis tarah bakre, bakri, dumba waghera se aqiqah kiya ja sakta hai, isi tarah gaye ya bail mein bhi aqiqah kiya ja sakta hai.
Ladke ke aqiqah ke liye do hisse aur ladki ke aqiqah ke liye ek hissa rakhna afzal hai.
Bahar-e-Shariat mein hai:
"Aqiqah mein gaye zabah ki jaye to ladke ke liye do hisse aur ladki ke liye ek hissa kafi hai, yani saat hisson mein do hisse ya ek hissa."
Taham agar ladke ki taraf se gaye mein sirf ek hissa rakha jaye to bhi aqiqah ada ho jayega.
Ek gaye mein zyada se zyada saat hisse hote hain. Lehaza is mein ek se zyada bachon ka aqiqah bhi kiya ja sakta hai, basharte ke tamam hisse aqiqah ya kisi doosri jaiz qurbat (neki) ki niyyat se hon.
Ek gaye mein:
- Do ladkon ki taraf se do do hisse = 4 hisse
- Teen ladkiyon ki taraf se ek ek hissa = 3 hisse
- Kul = 7 hisse
Gaye ke tamam hisse qurbat aur sawab ki niyyat se hone chahiye. Agar koi shakhs sirf gosht hasil karne ki niyyat se ek hissa rakhe aur baqi hisse aqiqah ya qurbani ki niyyat se hon, to is surat mein masla mukhtalif hoga. Is liye aqiqah ke liye gaye mein hisse rakhte waqt niyyat ka khaas khayal rakhna chahiye.
Gaye ya bail mein aqiqah karna jaiz hai.
Ladke ke liye afzal taur par do hisse aur ladki ke liye ek hissa rakha jaye.
Ek gaye mein zyada se zyada saat hisse hote hain aur tamam hisse jaiz qurbat aur sawab ki niyyat se hone chahiye.
Yes, Aqiqah may be performed using a cow. Just as Aqiqah can be performed with a goat, she-goat, ram and similar animals, it can also be performed using a cow or bull.
It is preferable to allocate two shares for a boy and one share for a girl.
Bahar-e-Shariat states that when a cow is slaughtered for Aqiqah, two shares are sufficient for a boy and one share is sufficient for a girl—that is, two or one of the seven shares.
However, if only one share is allocated for a boy, the Aqiqah will still be fulfilled.
A cow can have a maximum of seven shares. Therefore, Aqiqah for more than one child can be performed in a single cow, provided that all the shares are intended for Aqiqah or another permissible act of worship and reward.
One cow may be divided as follows:
- Two boys: two shares each = 4 shares
- Three girls: one share each = 3 shares
- Total = 7 shares
All the shares of the cow should be intended for a permissible act of worship and reward. If someone takes one share merely with the intention of obtaining meat while the remaining shares are intended for Aqiqah or Qurbani, the ruling may differ. Therefore, special attention should be given to the intention when allocating shares in a cow for Aqiqah.
Aqiqah may be performed using a cow or bull.
Preferably, two shares should be allocated for a boy and one share for a girl.
A cow can have a maximum of seven shares, and all shares should be intended for a permissible act of worship and reward.
